- Identify and support vulnerable women, adolescent girls, and single mothers in underserved communities.
- Provide counselling, mentorship, and referrals to appropriate psychosocial and social support services
- Deliver awareness and sensitization sessions on gender-based violence (GBV), sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), financial literacy, leadership, and life skills.

Women Empowerment Challenge (WEC)
The Women Empowerment Challenge (WEC) is a flagship innovation and entrepreneurship program designed to identify, nurture, and support women with promising business ideas and innovative solutions through the following process:
- Women submit applications outlining their business ideas, social enterprises, or innovative concepts.
- Selected participants take part in intensive entrepreneurship, leadership, and business development training.
- Participants present their business ideas to a panel of business leaders, investors, and industry experts for evaluation.
- Outstanding participants receive startup capital, mentorship, business incubation, and ongoing enterprise development support to help launch and grow their ventures.
Startup Capital Support and Micro-Enterprise Development
Following skills training and participation in entrepreneurship programs, Stand with Her Worldwide supports women to establish, strengthen, and expand their businesses through:

- Document success stories, lessons learned, and best practices to support continuous improvement.
- Prepare periodic monitoring and evaluation reports for donors, partners, and other stakeholders.
